I had Still Waters Plumbing come out and install my Pelican whole home water filtration system and from start to finish the process was a breeze. The front office women were great in getting my initial request down and setting up a consultation. Jeramie was on time for the consultation and after looking over the system manual for maybe 30 minutes was able to give me a reasonable quote for the entire install. I had another plumber out earlier who didn't even mention the permit we needed. From there scheduling the work was easy, they had great availability and pulled the permits for me so I didn't have to worry about a thing. Day of install Jeramie and his associate (I wish I could remember his name) were on time, took about 3 hours to install the entire thing and at the end walked me through how everything worked. They set the system up in a way that made it super easy for me when it comes time to change out the filters and based on the pictures I saw online of others peoples installs these guys did it in about half the wall space! I can't recommend them enough, I'll be using them for all my plumbing needs going forward. Bonus: They text you when they are on their way, which is super nice for me because it gives me time to put the dogs away.
