I was driving a bigger vehicle than I normally do and turned into the car lot without realizing it was an automotive shop. I couldn't get out and ended up getting stuck between two cars, and a man came out (I wish I had gotten your name), to move both cars for me so I could get out safely. He was so nice and didn't make me feel bad at all, he even smiled and waved as I drove off. What a sweet person! I was so impressed. I don't live here, but I'm going to make sure my friends who do only go to your shop from now on. I'm sure their customer service is incredible if this is what the staff are like. Thank you again!

These folks are awesome! I've had my BMW serviced here since I moved to McMinnville 3 yrs ago. They are honest, up front & fair. I've told them how much $$ I have to spend on a project & if it happens to be above that price, they check with me 1st before just finishing it & charging me. Unfortunately my poor old beemer finally gave up the ghost after 24 yrs. The cost to replace the transmission, if they could find one, was too much to add on. Steve helped me find a vehicle that I could afford & it had already been checked out completely by them. Much as I love them, I anticipate seeing them for only oil changes in the future. I'm very picky about who I've let work on my car & feel extremely fortunate to have found Steve, George, Tim & crew.
