Steve and Adam provided exceptional service from beginning to end. They managed all of the logistics getting the home ready for sale. With my busy schedule, this made the process of selling the house feel much more manageable. The video work of the property and listing photos were gorgeous and beyond anything I could have hoped for. The marketing team is top notch. When the offer was accepted, Adam was there to guide me through the whole process, including arranging contractors to make necessary repairs from the inspection. We were able to close in less than than three weeks. I highly recommend Steve and his team. They were able to get my condo sold in a tough market and a relatively short period of time. And they will make your home look its very best with their first rate marketing.
Steve Nassar and Robert Fine were absolutely outstanding to work with. From day one, they were responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me work towards my first investment property. Even after closing, Steve and Robert didn’t disappear. They continued to make themselves available for contractor recommendations, homeowner questions, and general advice which speaks volumes about how much they care about their clients long-term, not just during the transaction. The designer, Alicia, assessed the house and did a marvelous job of incorporating our furnishings into her beautiful staging. Robert used his magic to find potential buyers. He held an open house that stunned us with the number of potential buyers that came to view the house. We had 3 offers after just 5 days on the market! Seeing that SOLD sign in the front of our house was amazing! Steve and Robert took our stress away by listening to our needs and getting the job done way beyond our expectations!
