Steve & his team were fantastic. The constant updates on how the market was performing & your weekly house data was a very helpful tool to know. They were very professional, friendly & made the process so easy. Jessica Wille our realtor was one in a million & and she did an amazing job! She always kept us informed on everything going on. Highly recommend Steve & Jessica
Steve and Adam provided exceptional service from beginning to end. They managed all of the logistics getting the home ready for sale. With my busy schedule, this made the process of selling the house feel much more manageable. The video work of the property and listing photos were gorgeous and beyond anything I could have hoped for. The marketing team is top notch. When the offer was accepted, Adam was there to guide me through the whole process, including arranging contractors to make necessary repairs from the inspection. We were able to close in less than than three weeks. I highly recommend Steve and his team. They were able to get my condo sold in a tough market and a relatively short period of time. And they will make your home look its very best with their first rate marketing.
Steve Nassar and Robert Fine were absolutely outstanding to work with. From day one, they were responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me work towards my first investment property. Even after closing, Steve and Robert didn’t disappear. They continued to make themselves available for contractor recommendations, homeowner questions, and general advice which speaks volumes about how much they care about their clients long-term, not just during the transaction. I can’t recommend Steve Nassar and Robert Fine highly enough. I would absolutely work with them again and refer them to anyone buying or selling a home.
We were very skeptical that we could get our house sold quickly in this tricky market, but Steve's team delivered! Steve came to meet us and explained his approach, and we did not talk to any other realtors. We got the help we needed to prep the house, and the whole process was turnkey. The designer, Alicia, assessed the house and did a marvelous job of incorporating our furnishings into her beautiful staging. Robert used his magic to find potential buyers. He held an open house that stunned us with the number of potential buyers that came to view the house. We had 3 offers after just 5 days on the market! Seeing that SOLD sign in the front of our house was amazing! Steve and Robert took our stress away by listening to our needs and getting the job done way beyond our expectations!
Realtor Sydney Taggart went so far beyond her professional duties to get our house sold at a fair price in a short period of time. We were downsizing after 40 years, and the process of preparing the house was often overwhelming. She was there with recommendations every step of the way. Her communications and responses were always on time. She is upbeat and positive, and I always felt heard. Thank you, Sydney, for getting us through this transition.
