I had a very good experience with Steve’s team! They arrived on time and worked diligently to get my spring clean up done. Edwin was a very hard worker and did a fantastic job on the edging. His experience really shows. Faith paid great attention to every detail to get things just right. Nano rounded out the team, helping them to get a big job done in a short time. Steve was always readily available to answer any of my questions. You can tell that they truly care about the quality of their work.
We used Steve Danylko land service to install a drainage system, regrade and hydro seed our lawn. Our home is at the bottom of a hill and our yard was like a swamp. We got a quote during the winter and in the spring Steve and his team came to complete the project. They installed French drains at the perimeter of our property and connected all of our existing downspouts to the new drainage system which flushes out into the street. Due to the layout of our property, Steve’s team had to uninstall and reinstall a portion of our fence, and repour part of the sidewalk. This made me nervous but they did everything the right way - you can’t even tell our fence was taken down! Overall, the project took about 4-5 days over the course of 3-4 weeks. Because this project depended on the weather, we didn’t have much notice on when they would arrive which is expected. His team did an AWESOME job. The guys were out each day working so hard and it shows. They even offered to come back and reseed any patchy areas once the grass grows in. A neighbor hired another company for a similar project and the difference between our yards is night and day. We were so relieved we went with Steve and his team. I highly recommend Steve Danylko Land Service and will definitely use them again for future projects! We can’t wait to finally use our backyard!
