I can't say enough about Stephens Heating and Air!!! Our heat quit working and Al came by within 48 hours (even though he was busy after a holiday weekend) and did a thorough investigation and found the problem quickly. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and also provided insights on how to maintain our heating system. Because our thermostat was so old, he also replaced that and provided a thorough tutorial on how it worked. He tested everything to make sure it was working and working efficiently. We will be calling Stephen the next time we have any issues with our heating system!
