Stephanie Wells - Living Local Northwest brokered by eXp Realty, LLC

This was our first time selling a home and we had no clue how. We contacted Stephanie Wells, we truly didn't know what to expect but Stephanie explained and walked us through all the steps from beginning to end. So when our house sold she helped us with the purchase of our new home. We really enjoyed our experience with Stephanie and her team.

We recently sold two homes in the Happy Valley area. Stephanie was great at communicating every step of the way. She also went above and beyond with making sure things were done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Stephanie.

Stephanie was amazing to work with when purchasing our first home. She is extremely responsive does everything in a timely manner. She did everything she could to get us into the perfect home at a price we were comfortable with! Very happy with her service and would recommend her to everyone who is buying or selling!
