Stellar Realty Northwest

I first met Julia Ghering when she was showing houses to my daughter and her boyfriend in 2018. They were first-time buyers and Julia was so helpful in guiding them through the process. So when my husband and I recently decided to move to Arizona, we called Julia. We needed to get our house in Bend on the market and under contract as soon as possible so that we could purchase a home we had found in Arizona. We had made a contingency offer on that house, but had to meet a deadline for it not to fall through. Julia rose to the challenge beautifully. Two days after we signed the listing agreement, our house was listed on the MLS (with professional pictures!), we had a lock box on the front door, and we had our first showings. After two more days of back to back showings, we had 21 offers to choose from. We were under contract within a week of first calling her, and three weeks after that, we closed escrow. At every turn Julia was "on it." She was highly responsive and proactive on our behalf, arranging for repair people, and responding to any communication at all times of the day. What is more, she was very pleasant and upbeat the entire time, even offering to bring us lunch while we packed. I would highly recommend Julia Ghering to anyone who is buying or selling a house. She is energetic, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.

My husband and used Stellar Realty Northwest (specifically Scott Besaw) last year when we purchased our first home in Bend. As first home buyers, we were a little nervous and definitely needed guidance through the process. Scott was SO helpful. He helped us pick a mortgage broker, educated us on the buying process, and took time to understand what we were looking for and what was in our budget. We saw over a dozen homes... and he was always honest with us (not just trying to sell us). He negotiated our offer like a pro too! We will definitely use Stellar Realty Northwest again when we purchase our next home. Thank you Scott and team!

Dani Thornton came highly recommended to us and she was awesome! She worked hard to make the transaction smooth from start to finish - even with us being out of state buyers. Thank you for helping to make our dream of being homeowners in Bend a reality. We are so grateful!
