I always thought it was odd that a vacuum store still existed but after returning my third vacuum to Costco I stopped in Starks. Very kind, friendly and knowledgable. Got a vacuum to fit my budget that’s lasted years now. I’ve been back several times for belts/bags and a carpet cleaner after I let my freshly skunk sprayed dog in the house to roll around. Starks will take care of you with a high level of kindness, knowledge and professionalism.
