One of the nicest staff I’ve seen in a Starbucks. Today on 10.26, Ivy remembered I had ordered via mobile and told me refills were free if I had my phone still. I had no idea and was prepared to pay. If the manager is reading this give Ivy a raise!

The staff have taken the time to get to know me by name! We laugh and joke when I go in and my drink is always prepared just the way I like it - most of the time I don't even have to tell them how that is any more because they have taken the time and care to learn. I usually try to go to local places and avoid the chains, but this particular Starbucks is the best coffee in town and the staff is absolutely top-notch!
The young lady with braces is always so sweet and has the biggest smile on her face. Fantastic customer service.
