Stafford Homes and Land

Within the last year we bought a new build in a Stafford community. We had an issue with the furnace drastically inflating our power bill and Stafford has been beyond helpful (even after closing on our new place) in helping us get it resolved. Also, our inspector was very impressed with the quality of the home. So far, so good!

I recently bought a Stafford home that was 4 years old through Zillow. Our home inspector was very impressed with the construction and condition. There were some details about the house I wanted to know so contacted Stafford Homes, not really expecting a call back. But they did get back to me with what I needed and gave great customer service.

We moved into our newly built Stafford home in March 2019.Several issues arose and all have been successfully addressed Roman Carrillo has been outstanding during this time. He has been on-the-spot responsive, friendly, and competent in arranging and performing needed repairs. Every home builder company should have a Roman. I have no problem recommending Stafford homes knowing Roman will be there to help along the way.
