My company, Mr. Appliance of Greensboro, has been an appliance repair vendor for Spruce for years. Great experience. They use a meld system that is very user friendly as a vendor. They always pay their bills in a timely manner. I recommend them!

I've been doing business with Spruce Rentals for the past few years and they are exceptional. They do the right thing by their clients; both the renters and the property owners themselves, which can be difficult but they maintain this balance and are respectful to everyone. Also being a vendor who does repairs and maintenance for them I know that if I show any issue with a home they will do the right thing and go forward with repairs in a timely manner to make sure renters are safe and happy where they live.I highly recommend them and look forward to seeing them expand their business and continue their high quality service.
