Spring Cutsforth Realty Group

Spring did amazing job helping me and my husband find our dream first home! We loved how she helped sift through all the listing that really were the cream of the crop instead of solely relying on just computer algorithms. It was a really appreciated personal touch. We also really appreciated her giving her honest professional opinion about various homes. As first time home buyers it was great getting advice and insight. As for the purchase process it was fast, and a breeze thanks to all the work Spring put in behind the scenes to stream line it. She worked around our busy work schedules. In short she was a dream! Can’t recommend enough!

We are so grateful to Spring and her team for helping us get our dream home! Spring is kind, caring, and knows everything there is to know about real estate. She white-gloved the entire process for us and went above and beyond in every way. Thank you Spring!

Spring did a fantastic job helping me buy a home in Tigard, OR. She is a native of the Portland area and really knows the neighborhoods. When we found the house we wanted, there was plenty of competition, but Spring helped us craft an offer that was accepted by the seller. I whole heartedly recommend her and her firm.
