Spencer Auto Repair

I’ve been to Spencer Auto Repair for maintenance of my vehicle a few times now. They provided excellent service both times. Their prices are fair and they don’t try to price gouge you. The lobby is clean and nice. I’m always greeted with a smile and warm welcome. It has a small town vibe where they remember you and you don’t feel like just another customer. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here and I’m so glad I found this place.

Our Car A/C was not blowing cool air. Spencer provided us written detail estimate. We got repair done. Pur car A/C is again blowing cool air. They did excellent work. They seems very honest also give 3 year 36000 miles warranty. Gave us senior discount. We are very please with their service. They have excellent customer service and follow-up also provide courtesy shuttle for pick-up and drop off if you have to leave your card for long. Did the work in very professional and timely manner. Will use them again for our future repair needs. Thanks.

These guys were amazing. My old truck failed emissions and I was referred here by the AZDEQ program. They had me scheduled quickly and set me up with a courtesy shuttle at drop-off. They had to run it to the emissions test center several times and kept me updated throughout the process. It’s a secondary vehicle so they had the time to do it right. It finally passed and has never run so smoothly. Aaron and Jose were extremely professional. I highly recommend these folks. Thank you, gentlemen.
