Southern Synthetics

Southern Synthetic was a referral, and I’m so glad I decided to give them a call! Jared was extremely patient and kind, answering all of my questions about turf and walking me through every step of the process. The price was very competitive, and I can’t say enough about the amazing team that completed the installation. I was given the task to oversee this project by the homeowner, and I can say it was a pleasant experience. They finished in just two days, and I was blown away by the attention to detail and the amount of work that goes into preparing the ground before laying the turf. The result is absolutely beautiful—I love it! The homeowner can’t wait for her family to see it on Thanksgiving. The owner stated that, no one ever spent time in the backyard except to grill and head back inside because the area was in bad shape. Now, she is excited to enjoy the space. Thank you, Southern Synthetic, for your diligence and the quality of your work!!

It’s hard to put in words how incredibly satisfied I am with this companies work. From start to finish, every single interaction was friendly and professional. Jared and Brian took the time to come onsite and help me with my vision before we even started. They took the time during the process to make sure the breaks in the green were exactly how I wanted them. If you’re thinking about giving Southern Synthetics a call, just do it, you won’t regret it.

I can’t say enough good things about Southern Synthetics — they exceeded expectations in every single way! From the moment I reached out to Brian for a quote, their customer service was second to none. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly responsive — they took the time to walk us through every detail, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable with the process without pressuring a sale. Their pricing was extremely competitive, especially considering the top-tier quality of the turf and the professional level of service. Had I found them earlier, we would have done this project years ago. We had them turf a small courtyard and our backyard. When it came to installation, I was blown away by the efficiency and precision of the crew. They arrived right on schedule, worked hard, and finished the job in less than two days. The attention to detail was obvious, several neighbors also have turf and ours looks exponentially better. Couldn’t be happier with the final result and our boys and dog love it.
