Southeastern Appliance Repair

Friendly, knowledgeable, skillful, and on-time. The technician had the right parts on his truck, even though my refrigerator is no longer in production. And, within seconds, he knew what was wrong with my washing machine -- simply by hearing ONE specific sound. I highly recommend this company.

Fast and effective service! The tech got everything I needed fixed on the same day I called for an appt. Everyone I spoke with was very polite to talk to and worked quickly. 5 stars and i will be recommending to all my friends!

Our dryer suddenly stopped working and my husband called Southeastern Appliance Repair. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly kind and friendly- even gave us her direct number in case we had questions or ran into any issues. She told us one of two people would come to our house on Monday between 9am and 12pm. At 9am, we received a call from Jay letting us know he was on his way to our house. He was there by 9:30am. Jay was very friendly, social, and knowledgeable. He had to take our whole dryer apart and was able to fix our dryer and reassemble it in about 30-45 minutes. He left and we literally did 4 loads of laundry! I was a little nervous at first to use this company based on the negative reviews but felt okay because the owner seems to respond to the negatives in an attempt to offer help/solutions to those who were unhappy. I am glad I trusted my gut because I couldn’t be happier with the service and cost. 10/10 would recommend.
