First, they screwed-up our original order for our new shower door, which put our bathroom being completed by 3 weeks. Then, when they had the glass and came out to install it, they didn't have all the hardware necessary to install it properly. When asked if they would be going to get the missing hardware, the indicated they would if

I have used they’re service many times in many different applications. Always helpful, always professional, great to do business with.

My first experiece with this place was awful. The lady behind the desk acted like if she did not have time to answer a couple of questions. When I finally got her to help me I scheduled an appointment for a technician to go over to my place and give me an appraisal on a glass door I needed replaced. The technician never showed up and

I can't express enough how happy I am with their service "can do" attitude and how quickly my glass walls were installed. They saved my project when their competitor failed. The competitor had my tile guy groove channels into the rock and then a week later said sorry we can't proceed. So for those naysayers who are telling people

Came in to get replacement mirror for medicine cabinet. Fast turn around in only a few hours after visit. Very nice staff too. Thank you.

Wow just some people can't be made happy I guess. I don't know what anyone is talking about with rudeness. I unknowingly called to see if they could cut a special piece of glass for a small project. I'm making a memorial box for my friends husband who passed, and needed a really small piece cut for a shelf within it. Plexiglass was l

I decided it was time to upgrade the windows in my home. I asked friends and family for references, I was surprised at the number of suggestions to call South Town Glass in Salem. I was impressed with the quick estimator visit and the quality of the windows and service was well worth the price. I can now be added to the list of peopl

The Old lady on the phone is always rude everytime I call. I asked them for some help with some glass and she said their to busy for me. Their just in business to screw someone who is not looking or don't know their getting screwed. Just go somewhere else for better services.

After spending quite a long time making a large (33" x 68") stained glass piece to put in our bedroom window, men from Southtown Glass installed it for us. They called ahead, arrived on time, were professional and pleasant, and put it into place, although not without some difficulty. I really appreciate the great job they did.
