My first experiece with this place was awful. The lady behind the desk acted like if she did not have time to answer a couple of questions. When I finally got her to help me I scheduled an appointment for a technician to go over to my place and give me an appraisal on a glass door I needed replaced. The technician never showed up and

They have supplied tempered glass for a dozen custom windows of all sizes for me. The customer service is always excellent with fast turnaround.
