They were knowledgeable on the current market and were able to recommend a fair price for my house that would also allow it to rent quickly and avoid vacancy. Danielle was great at keeping me informed throughout the whole process and available to answer any questions or provide recommendations that were really helpful. They were able to lease my property quickly with a well qualified, wonderful tenant, even during the winter time which can often be a slow period for rentals. I feel such a sense of relief as an out of town owner having the South Sister team represent me!
