2021-Jan. Saturday. I left a message for an appointment. He called me back few days later to set it up. I received directions for the location and paperwork via email couple of days later. Lots of parking. Facility was easy to find. Elevator needs some upgrade. Chris, was waiting for me and gave me the paperwork, because I was not able to do it before my appointment. He wore a mask the entire time. This is my 1st session. The interview took awhile, but its good to go through it so he knows what needs to be done. The bed was ok. The face cushion was ok and had a sanitation cover. He constantly communicated what he was about to do and asked me if I am doing ok. After the acupuncture part, he did cupping in my shoulder. After an entire hour or so, we were done. My shoulder felt better, but I would like to come back again to completely get rid of the pain. Will definitely come back again!
