Great facility and staff. I recommend cryotherapy to anyone looking for a very effective treatment in reducing bodily pain and inflammation. It doesn't take too long and you feel great afterward. I signed up for a membership so I can also use the infrared sauna.

My husband and I went in for cryotherapy sessions and had a great experience. All the girls working there were super friendly! They got us right in and out and then gave us a tour of the other things they have to offer. We also got two DELICIOUS protein shakes. We will definitely be back here!!!
