Sommerset Neighborhood Assisted Living & Memory Care

My mother was at Sommerset from May to October 2022. We chose it after visiting several other facilities and talking to a number of persons at Sommerset. What I appreciated most was the professionalism, good communication, care, and especially the guidance through the challenging process of admission (in our case) that Connie and others provided. As my mother needed to move to memory care, there was additional support, as she was at times not the easiest person to look after! There were still activities, physical/cognitive therapy, and so on available in memory care, and we enjoyed multiple visits around the property with relatives/friends and occasionally with the staff and other residents. One small example of the quality of training was when the maintenance man was installing a TV on the wall, I noticed his calm & patient interaction with another resident nearby. I have no hesitation to recommend Sommerset, which truly ASSISTED us during this process.

The staff and facilities at Sommerset are just what was needed! A much easier transition than I was expecting. A great, comfortable, friendly place when you can no longer live at your home. Our Mom is very happy here and really enjoys the food! (After hours calls returned promptly. Great peace of mind for us all.)

Moved my dad here over the summer. The care has been exceptional. All the staff are professional, kind, and go above and beyond for their residents. We are always greeted with a smiling face. My dad loves the food! I feel very comfortable knowing my dad is getting such great care.
