Solutions First Realty - Nikki Crowder

I am very grateful to have found Ms. Crowder. My family and I appreciate all that she has done. As I was planning to relocate from Boston to GA and was in need to find an experienced realtor, I came across Solutions First Realty page. From the first moment I spoke with Ms. Crowder, she understood my situation and immediately jumped right into learning what I was looking for in a home. She prepared a list of viewing since I was only coming for the weekend. We were able to tour multiple homes in a short time. Unfortunately, I ended up not making my move then but she managed to get my retainer fee refunded. Fast forward to 2016, I reached out to her once again to not only to assist me but also my father and bother moving from California. They had a specific price range to stay within and they were unable to travel to tour homes. Their purchase was done by viewing photos and placing their trust in Ms. Crowder. She did not fail them and was able to find a great home, in a great neighborhood and within their price range. She also helped me find the perfect home with the features I was looking for and went out of her way to connect me with a realtor in Boston to get my home sold. I cannot say enough about her knowledge in the field, her patience, eagerness to help and professionalism. I would certainly do business with her again if I were to sell or purchase a new home. Thank you, Nikki!

We are so pleased with Nikki’s services! She was hands on, knowledgeable, and easy accessible throughout the entire process. Her advice helped us save money as well catch notable issues during our walkthroughs. This entire process was new for us and having her as our realtor was extremely helpful!
