We had our roof replaced and had another company removed the solar panels called Solor U Green. very unhappy with the service they provided they were not very efficient and very unprofessional. They could not answer any of my questions concerning the solar panels. They also were trying to charge me for permits that Weren’t required by the city. But I have to say My husband and I were very impressed with Solar Service. The technicians Joel and Daniel were very professional and very respectful to me, my home and my pets. They arrived on time as scheduled and we are very polite. They had the answers for all my questions very knowledgeable very dependable. I would definitely recommend using this company for your all your solar needs. I would also like to say that sales rep. Daniel and Joel did a great job finding and making sure my leak was repaired. In addition they discovered and reported a bad panel so the optmizer that was not producing energy to Solar edge. Apparently an optimizer is bad. In addition they discovered that the configuration of the panels had never been developed thus the optimizer cannot be determined.
