I frequently stop at WinCo on my way home, and if I want a filling, healthy, and quick meal/snack, I usually stop by and grab a roll. They also serve poke bowls and seaweed salad! The platters range from just over $5 to $20, depending on if you get something small and simple or if you get a large platter to share (I don't share it though...). The sushi is never dry, as I've experienced at other "pick up" sushi spots. Flavor is great.
