My first experience was amazing. I don't recall the young lady's name but she was friendly, kind and helpful. I read some reviews before stopping in and was pleasantly surprised with the service. The rest of the staff were busy in the back, she came out to assist, didn't make me feel like I was a bother nor did she rush me. She assisted with everything from choosing a plant, the bereavement card and a nice bow. The shop is nice, clean and inviting.

Passed by for years but never needed to use..one of the best floral arrangements we could find for my Mom..no complaints but I am a business owner so I know how people can judge certain industries..enjoyed the experience even though I was sad..
