Bill Smyth prepared my Will and Living Trust and probate documents for my departed mom. I have been to his office two times in a couple weeks. The documents for my directives were detailed and well planned. Bill explained why, asked me what I wanted and had things pretty much wrapped up. Of course the courts will make adjustments and in the end I'll have a good solid directive. My mom's probate was simple but it is probate. It's also direct. Having to create another probate for my brother in another state with more complicated dynamics, I know probate can be a headache or even a nightmare.
