Smith & Smith Home Inspections

Tyler Smith recently did an inspection on my new home. He was very thorough. I am genuinely glad that I found him. The entire process was easy to schedule and pay for. Reports were sent the same day that the inspection took place. Also, he was really kind and explained everything that he would be doing. Thank you so much, Tyler! You will definitely be my go-to in the future, as well as the person I recommend to anyone who asks.

In need of a home inspector, I reached out to Smith & Smith. Tyler answered the phone and immediately got to work scheduling, and very soon after, performing the home inspection. He was extremely thorough, providing pictures and recommendations for every questionable area of the house. When further questions arose later on about some needed repairs, Tyler was quick to review his photos and notes to provide additional guidance on the best way forward. Overall 10/10 professionalism, timeliness, and detail.

I was very satisfied with the new home inspection Tyler Smith performed. I felt that Tyler not only went through the house with an objective eye but the knowledge he imparted on me in the process was invaluable. Tyler, my family and I are greatly appreciative of your attention to detail and your recommendations. You went far beyond expectations and for that I am grateful! Best home inspector I’ve ever worked with!! I highly recommend!! Thanks, Kelvin Brewer 2/29/24
