Kristen at Slim4life in McKinney is incredible. After 20 years of needing to lose weight, she has been right by my side on my weight loss journey...giving me the accountability that I've needed. I met her in March 2022 for the free consultation. At the time, I weighed 312.8 pounds. I had a goal of losing 100 pounds. Today is December 28, 2022, and I've lost 99 pounds. When I moved to Dallas in 2018, I gained 15 pounds and couldn’t get it off. I needed someone to go alongside me. I heard Frank Reed and Starlene Stringer advertise Slim4 Life and decided to try. I started in August 2021 and now only have 3.8 pounds to lose to reach my 20 pound goal. I feel like the supplements and snacks really helped, but what helped most was the counselors and having someone to whom to be accountable. Thank you Sally, who got me started, Kristin, who kept me going and encouraged me, and Vannah who came near the end to cheer me on. 😊

Sally is very knowledgeable in her field. I joined 16 weeks ago and have lost 33 pounds and feeling great. Aches and pains gone, more energy and no upset stomach. I tried Jenny Craig but not happy with frozen food. Slim4life you eat real food cook by you!!!
