Simpson Electric

I chose Simpson Electric because their reviews were good and I had a good feeling about the company. They lived up to everything I want from a service provider - honest, reliable, responsive, and caring about the work they do and the people they do the work for. From the office personnel to the service person, everyone possessed those qualities. I felt like when they do work for you, they care about the relationship they have with you. I will use them again!

The first time I used Simpson Electric the service was amazing and the work top-notch. This experience was different. Although it was not as satisfactory, when I expressed my concerns and issues with the owner, I was more than satisfied with his response. He listened and understood my points and responded with excellent care and customer service. I would recommend and will be returning customer.

Kevin and Josiah showed up on time and walked through the services I needed. They were quick and efficient and provided great customer service. They explained the charges and the work that was performed.
