Silverton Realty

We are so impressed with Silverton Realty! We have worked with them twice, and have found them to be professional, friendly, and honest. They work hard, invest in the community, and care more about relationships than the bottom-line. Thank you, Meredith and Ryan!

We have worked with this company for 8+ years -not only did we rent a home from them for 8 years, but we still currently rent commercial space with Silverton Reality. In that time we had the furnace go out twice, they were able to get someone out right away to fix it and even provided us with space heaters when the repair guy needed to wait for a part to arrive. We also had a few problems with the well, and every time the problem was fixed the same day even when it happened on a holiday weekend. Silverton Reality has above and beyond customer service - when we needed to relocate our shop Micha was able to help us find exactly what we needed - great company to do business with.

Can't say enough good things about Michael Schmidt and Silverton Realty. I had a particularly difficult family related transaction and needed to find a professional agent with superior people skills and significant industry expertise. Michael hit the ball out of the park. If you are buying or selling Real Estate, you would do well to work with him. My transaction likely would not have closed successfully without his calm demeanor, professional expertise and significant market knowledge. 5 starts were well earned.
