I ordered an automatic reclining sofa set here 5-6 years ago. Recently one seat of it broke. Sids staff came out within a couple weeks and repaired the furniture, replaced the broken pieces at no charge to me. Really exceptional service. Respectful staff. Really grateful that they were able to do the repairs.
The direction they took me in fabric was excellent! My digging dogs haven left any damage to the recliner.

Went back for a recliner for me that is comfortable and beautiful suede look cloth. Also, lead us to a perfect love seat and a cooper coffee table
