I ordered an automatic reclining sofa set here 5-6 years ago. Recently one seat of it broke. Sids staff came out within a couple weeks and repaired the furniture, replaced the broken pieces at no charge to me. Really exceptional service. Respectful staff. Really grateful that they were able to do the repairs.
