Shannon Howard Realtor, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices NW Real Estate

Shannon was a fantastic realtor in what proved to be a complicated interstate move. I knew i could depend on her for encouragement and advice but never felt pressured to act against my own better judgement. I would totally recommend Shannon to anyone embarking on a real estate adventure. You will not be disappointed!

My husband and I just bought our first home with the help of Shannon and we can't brag enough to all of our coworkers, friends and family how wonderful of a Real Estate Agent we have had through the whole process. Shannon knew what we were looking for, educated us on the entire home buying process, and calmed us down in every panic we had. Shannon listened to every concern, was in constant contact with us and our lender and sent us the listing to the home we ended up purchasing within 5 minutes of it being listed. Shannon will absolutely be our agent in the future! Highly, highly recommend especially to those who truly want to understand the home buying process and need a cool, calm and collected Agent to walk you through it!
