Severn Thomas- State Farm Insurance Agent

I spoke primarily with Isaiah at Severn Thomas and was impressed by his professionalism, helpfulness, and patience. He assisted us with multiple policy changes over a few months and helped work through all the kinks that arose. We are pleased to be working with State Farm, and specifically this office. The rates and coverages are a huge bonus too!

Severn's been my agent off and on for the last six or seven years, and he's always been great to work with. When I switched over to different insurance for a while, he was very helpful and professional about letting me go my own way, and when I came back today, tail between my legs (having learned my lesson about something called Lemonade?), he was just as helpful and friendly getting me signed back up. Things couldn't have been easier, clearer, or quicker, he didn't try to upsell me on anything, and my car insurance wound up being about 30% lower than I expected it to be.

Amazing agent, explains every thing until I am able to understand what policy is right for me. Very nice and super sweet and easy to talk to, I tend to get nervous about question bombing but he made me feel more than comfortable to be able to learn more about my insurance. Sad I am leaving this agency but grateful in the direction they put me.
