SERVPRO of McKinney

We are in the process of getting back on our feet after a burst pipe from the freeze. From the beginning we have been so impressed with the thoroughness and kindness of all the employees! We have been given amazing care and service all the while putting our minds at ease during this difficult time. The process has been seamless from clean up, to working with our insurance to rebuilding. We could not recommend them any higher! High quality workmanship! Thank you! updated---My parents house flooded like so many in this area. We were so very blessed to have had the help from this company and in particular this branch. Colt, George, Paul, Dunia and Adam were thorough, and quick to completely take care of things- but above all I was impressed with their kindness and patience with us through the whole process. We were so grateful to have a "one stop shop" for our water mitigation, as well as the clean up and repairs- even cleaning all the furniture as it was brought back. At each step of the process they explained the process and walked alongside us. They took what could have been overwhelming and made it very doable and a smooth process. Their house is beautiful again and actually better than before. We are truly grateful. I cannot recommend them any higher.

I highly recommend this place to anyone needing services. A few months ago in the middle of the freeze we had a ceiling pipe burst which affected all of our clothing, personal belongings, etc. Servpro of McKinney and their crew took care of everything from START to FINISH!! These guys are super friendly and will walk you through every step of the process. I could not thank them enough for all their hard work and efforts to get us back to normal. Thank you again!!

What started off as what most would agree is the worst nightmare, Servpro (specifically Jorge & Inez) came in to save the day! Prompt, polite & ultimately professional, they attended to the matters at hand with minimal imposition & maximum congeniality. I am super impressed at how they managed to make an inconvenient situation infinitely more bearable. We are extremely grateful for their service & especially their amiable dispositions. Thank you!
