SERVPRO of Hillsboro/Forest Grove

I'm writing this review specifically to give a shout out to Nathaniel. This guy went above and beyond to try and take care of my 1912 home. I have not had another person care so much about a job being done right, and then following through with the job, as him. He thoroughly explained the process of drying out and mitigating an unfortunate water leak, and made sure everything was done perfectly. He went above and beyond to leave my home better than he found it. Give this man a raise! He deserves it!

Nate, Efren, and Qutza were prompt, efficient, kind, and communicative. I knew what problems they found and what the plan was to fix them. Nate was very knowledgeable about the best actions to take and walked me through it all step-by-step. Thank you so much to this team for helping us!!

Entire water damage mitigation team did excellent job. Restoration portion with Ian has been going smoothly. Keagan did an outstanding demo job. Everyone so professional, friendly & going extra mile to help us. Highly recommended this company.
