I worked with ServPro of Gwinnett for both mitigation and reconstruction (installing vinyl plank flooring & trim, and painting) through a homeowner's insurance claim after my water heater died and flooded my finished basement 6 months ago. Had no idea the claim would take so long, but that's entirely the fault of my insurance company and has nothing to do with ServPro. I've worked with several contractors around the Atlanta area over the past 20 years or so, and NONE of them can even come close to the exceptional customer service, professionalism, value, and reliability of ServPro. They do what they say they're going to do, when they say they'll do it. I must've worked with a dozen or so ServPro employees over the past months and they're ALL excellent. I got a false start with a few other reconstruction companies at the beginning of this insurance claim project and they were complete disasters compared to ServPro. ServPro estimates for the work were spot on; estimates from other contractors for this same project were either way too high or way too low. I confess, I am not an "easy" customer, but ServPro was right there on the same page with me throughout this whole 6-month process. A++++ highly recommended, both for mitigation and for reconstruction. I don't "do" Google reviews, I think this might be my first, but ServPro went the extra mile(s) for me, so I'm doing a little something for them. (Nobody at ServPro pressured or asked me to write a review.) I expect to hire ServPro of Gwinnett for more projects around the house in the future. I can't say enough good things about what a great experience it has been to work with them. Exceptional.

Within hours of calling our homeowners insurance regarding a leaking water heater, Demico from Servpro was at our door. He assessed the issue, set up the commercial fans and dehumidifiers. Demico was very professional and explained everything he was doing, step by step. Because of Servpro's quick action and Demico's expertise and professionalism, we did not have any further water damage. I would highly recommend this company, without a doubt!
