Septic Solutions of Texas

Bobby came out today to empty my septic. We ran into several issues. It was deep and difficult to access. It had been covered by bamboo so the top soil was extremely hard. 6 - 8 inches of dry soil and tough, tough roots. Like digging through concrete. He worked for awhile but progress was slow and he had another job to go to. He agreed to come back later, though, after he was done for the day to try and get the job done so I didn't have to reschedule. In the end it took hrs to get it done. I feel that he really went above and beyond to help me out. It's not often these days that anyone takes the time to go the extra mile just to help. Would give ten stars if I could. Excellent, excellent service and attitude!

After being left high and dry by our last servicer I was lucky enough to run across Septic Solutions. After reading their other reviews I gave them a call to get on their schedule to have our aerobic septic system checked and enrolled in a new maintenance contract. From Vanessa and Ashley in the office to Bobby and Kelly in the field this team is phenomenal! They were on time, provided clear communication and were extremely professional throughout our interaction. I'm so glad to have found them and have them taking care of our system. Thank you guys so much for taking care of us!

We’ve been using Septic Solutions for almost 6 years. This is our first home with a septic tank. They’ve been so great to service our system reliably. When we’ve had issues pop up, they always help. And Kelly typically services our system and he’s so kind. He takes time to explain best practices, thoroughly details recommendations for repairs or replacement parts. So grateful for this company.
