They are fantastic! Showed up 30 minutes early from scheduled time, I received texts based on their location as well as emails for expectations. They gave me the cost up front before beginning work and always addressed me with “yes ma’am / no ma’am.” Carpets look and smell great and I’m so happy I used them! We selected Semper Fi floor care and restoration to take care of a water damaged area of our new home. We were new to the area and had no idea who to contract with for the work.
