I had the best experience selling my Mazda here last night. Joe was awesome, informative, and very quick/ efficient. If I had another car to sell with them, I would - it was that seamless of an experience! I highly recommend coming here if you are in the market to sell your vehicle.
Fairly easy to work with. Highly recommend you get a quote from CarMax before coming here. They will do there best to best or at least match the offer. My biggest issue was time related. Don't like being told 16-20 min process followed by another 15-20 min process, and that followed up with another 15-20 to figure something else. Granted could be a one off case as my coworker said they were great with. They do offer a referral program (approx 200) but the receiving party has to fill out a w9. Which kind of sucks. Depending on who you work for could cause issue
