Beyond expectations. Bill was easy to communicate with. He was able to fit me in quickly and fixed my laptop perfectly. He is polite and knowledgeable. When he was done everything worked exactly as it did before the issue. He did extra clean up of unnecessary files and his price was very reasonable. Best computer repair person I’ve ever had.
