Hot and new.....but no hot yoga Ha! Brand, BRAND new yoga and Pilates studio in Maryville. Clean and very welcoming to beginners, intermediates, advanced, and KIDS! This is the first studio I have been to that offers kids yoga classes. With all the sports and activities they do, it makes total sense! Check out their website to catch a grand opening offer, the class schedule and regular rates. Of note: I was toooootally eavesdropping on owner Simone talking with open house attendees and heard her talking about the importance of investment in community. She's The Real Deal! On Friday mornings, she offers a pay-what-you-are-able session open to all. Monies paid will be donated to a local cause or organization. I highly recommend you check out this studio. I have been lobbying hard for doggie-yoga with adoptable pups, so if you want to mention it too :-X
