SDC Home Inspections

If you are looking for a thorough house inspection, this is the guy you need. His report was easy to understand and navigate. He reported on the smallest to the most concerning things that needed to be addressed. Which gave us safety issues as well as diy repairs for the future. Highly professional. Very good value. Even if you’re not looking to buy a home, just wondering what repairs need to be done around your home. Have an inspection done. Thank you Steve

Steve has done general inspections on two houses for me in the greater Bend area. He does great work, has a wealth of knowledge, and is a pleasure to work with. He provides a very helpful inspection report, which is great to see exactly what is going on with the property and what needs to be done in the future. He was also happy to answer some questions I had after the inspection when I called the office. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone looking to have an inspection done.

We had a big house to inspect with a complex set of mechanical systems, SDC HI did a great job of helping us navigate the known issues and outlined the appropriate next steps with the process. Steve was very professional, friendly and took the time to walk us through any questions we had. We would highly recommend them for your Home Inspection needs.
