I have two dogs. A "large" Toy Aussie and a Black Lab mix. Both have their own drama. My Aussie screams in her kennel non-stop and my Lab think's he's a diva with his nails ("clip"....."dog SCREAM". Clip...."dog SCREAM"). It's comical if you know what's going on. I've taken my dogs here a few times and they have followed my rules to the point of even verifying I wanted the wisp of my Aussie's tail to stay in-tact. I went through three other companies other a tail wisp as my wife didn't want a "hot dog" tail like Aussie's normally get. My Lab, he's just "special". Both dogs always come back nice, clean and are fine. I haven't had any issues with ScallyWags and I'm still a customer.
