Santiam Bicycle

Can’t say enough about the culture this shop embraces. Purchased my first Santa Cruz MTB from them over 10 years ago and when looking to get into my first legit MTB I paid them a visit. Many of the same employees from years back still call it their home and the pride they take in customer service and attention to detail is undeniable. 5 stars & beyond. Thank you to the squad at Santiam, you’ve earned another lifelong customer without a doubt. Cheers!

Walked in yesterday looking for a couple of helmets for our toddlers. Costumer service was top tier. The gentleman helped up get the correct size with some room to grow. The gentleman was very patient with my two toddlers who can be a lot sometimes. The helmets look great quality. Thank you for the great experience we look forward to future business, we highly recommend to anybody looking for bicycles or bicycle Accessories. Staff is knowledgeable and professional five stars

Huge thanks to Santiam Bikes and the team of good hearted people that make that wheel go round and round. I’ve been a customer since 2001 and they always take great care of me and the bicycling community. Salem and the surrounding areas are so fortunate to have a shop like this in the heart of downtown. Thank you for everything you all do every day… Damon Jennings
