The moment I stepped into this studio, I felt something special, and I've heard many others say the same. It is a beautiful, inclusive, and calming space, with the MOST wonderful teachers and students. It's impossible to put into words what it's like to be a member at Samudra, you just have to feel it!

There are so many great things about Samudra, but arguably the best is feeling safe to show up exactly as you are.
The best yoga experience my husband and I have had. The energy is so welcoming and relaxing. Beautiful and calming surroundings. We cannot wait to come back to Maine for another class!
