I ordered the Darcy Butterscotch waterproof rigid core vinyl plank flooring and I love it! It is beautiful and feels amazing under your feet. It does not come apart and so far it is holding up to my cats, dog, and grandkids. I would recommend to anyone. I also want to say that customer service is excellent. Once my renovation is complete I will share a photo.
I’ve been working with Sam’s Flooring for multiple projects now—ranging from heavy-duty commercial fitness center installations back in Ontario to recent bulk material deliveries here in Florida. What really sets them apart is the friendly management and staff who make the entire process seamless. They offer an incredibly wide collection of flooring, high-quality kitchen supplies, and fittings, making them a true one-stop shop. Beyond just supplying materials, they provide creative solutions for home decorations and exceptional interior design services. They consistently deliver top-tier quality and handle logistics perfectly. If you need a flooring and home design partner you can actually trust to get the job done right, on time, and with a personal touch, I highly recommend them. Exceptional service every time.
If I could give this place 10 stars, I would!! stop driving around from store to store in Dalton trying to find the best place… Drive straight to Sam’s flooring and they will take care of you! I went in there, looking for floors but had no idea what I wanted, Everyone was so helpful. The gentleman even got me hooked up with an installer that was absolutely wonderful went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the product. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Stop wasting your time with other places! Sam’s is the best!!
Paula was phenomenal! She immediately came up and offered help and was very personable! Mohamed made our experience smooth and seamless! We came in at the end of the day, they didn’t rush my wife and I. We were able to find the exact rug we wanted and ended up buying 2! It was a GREAT experience! I would recommend them to anyone!
This was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The seller truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I originally placed an order for a 7’8” x 10’7” rug, but it turned out to be out of stock. Instead of canceling or causing delays, the seller personally reached out to me by phone to explain the situation and offer other options. That level of communication and professionalism really stood out. They went the extra mile to locate the rug for me and made sure it was shipped out quickly. It actually arrived earlier than Amazon’s expected delivery date. Because of how well everything was handled, I decided to order another rug in a smaller size, and once again it was processed quickly with no hassle at all. The rug itself is absolutely beautiful. The texture is very soft, the colors are bold and vibrant, and it looks exactly like the pictures. Nothing is faded, the colors are rich and true to what’s shown online. I will definitely be ordering from this seller again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service.
