My family and I rent from sage. Our landlord was named Brian. He was the absolute worst. We had a major water leak that drove our water bill to almost $200 a month. He refused to fix anything and due to his refusal I was forced to call code enforcement. After Brian received the call from code enforcement he then called me and cursed me out. Brian stated that he was evicting my family because we had contacted code enforcement. Which from what I was told was very illegal. Brian is nothing more than a slum Lord and deserves to be treated as such.

I have rented through PMI for around 4 years now, they took over a town home i was renting, I recently moved but stayed with in the company, they are very professional & understanding company and stays on top of their properties Maintance, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to rent. Very straight forward easy to work with. Shelly and Mike do an amazing job. Can’t brag enough on them!

The Hanson’s are wonderful people to deal with! I’ve worked with them for almost 3 years and have never had an issue. Their properties are always clean and well maintained for their clients.
