Safelite made the whole process of relaxing my windshield easy for me. The booking process on the website walked me through filing a claim with my insurance, which meant I only had to pay my deductible and saved over $600! Misty & Jamie were wonderful, and I enjoyed hearing their friendly & helpful interactions with folks while I waited for my service to be completed. They told me it could be 3 hours, but it took less than 2. My service tech was Santiago, and he did a great job. My new windshield is gorgeous, and I can’t wait to take my car through the car wash in a couple days so the rest of my car will look just as good! Thanks to everyone at Tualatin Safelite! I’ll send folks your way if they ever need a windshield repaired or replaced!
