Safelite AutoGlass

Safelite made the whole process of relaxing my windshield easy for me. The booking process on the website walked me through filing a claim with my insurance, which meant I only had to pay my deductible and saved over $600! Misty & Jamie were wonderful, and I enjoyed hearing their friendly & helpful interactions with folks while I waited for my service to be completed. They told me it could be 3 hours, but it took less than 2. My service tech was Santiago, and he did a great job. My new windshield is gorgeous, and I can’t wait to take my car through the car wash in a couple days so the rest of my car will look just as good! Thanks to everyone at Tualatin Safelite! I’ll send folks your way if they ever need a windshield repaired or replaced!

Was extremely late to my appointment and on top of that, my insurance was having issues pulling up my claim to apply my deductible- everything felt like a huge mess but Misty at the desk was AMAZING. She straightened everything out ASAP and got me all squared away. Not only was Misty awesome, but the whole staff was so friendly and helpful (and FAST). I am driving down south and feel extremely grateful that I chose Safelite Tualatin. Moving is so stressful especially with a broken window, thank goodness it is one less worry now.

The best experience ever, fixed my windshield in less than an hour and because it was covered under my progressive auto insurance it didn't cost me a cent out of pocket. Highly recommended
